Fire Safety Services.The tender will comprise of 3 lots each offering fire safety services to the University of Manchester throughout the campus. An integrated electronic management system (GRATiK ) is used to monitor fire safety services across the campus.Lot 1 — to include—Fire Risk Assessments (FRA's)—Fire Audits—Produce Emergency Fire Information Reports (per building)Lot 2 — to include—Fire AdvisorsLot 3 — to include—Fire EngineersThere may be opportunities for additional works which fall outside the contract and the appointed contractor / contractors could be asked to provide a competitive quotation using the company's commercial rates.The contract is for a three year period with the possibility of two one year extensions.
