Tenderers should be aware that although the contracting service for the purposes of this procurement is Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service, South Wales or North Wales Fire and Rescue Service may choose to access the concluded contract, without creating any obligation on behalf of any of them to do so. In that event, the contractual relationship would be between the individual Fire and Rescue Service accessing the contract and the contractor
