The service requirements of the programme that are to be met by this tender process are categorised under three main headings:a.Organisation development and transformation – Suppliers may be required to provide expertise in reviewing, developing and implementing new ways of working through remodelling services and the workforce, including culture and behaviour change.b.Transforming support – development of options, designs and implementation of remodelled support services to drive out cost and improve quality.c.General change resources – Suppliers may be required to provide change and transformation experts on an ad hoc basis to fill shortfalls in resources to enhance the existing project and programme teams.
