The Welsh Government is seeking interest from contractors to prequalify for inclusion within a select list to be invited to tender for works for a high level specification fit out over 6 floors in the Gloworks building, Porth Teigr, Cardiff. Porth Teigr is an ambitious regeneration project currently being delivered by the Welsh Government with the Gloworks building being a high profile flagship project.The Fit Out works cover an area of approximately 20,000 sq. ft and will be occupied by companies that operate in the Creative Sector.The Welsh Government will be conducting the PPQ element of this procurement exercise through the etenderwales portal https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk .
