The works comprise the Fit Out of Unit 6 St Asaph Business Park, and will include the refurbishment of the ground and part of the 1st floor areas, to proposed tenants specification. The Works will involve the demolition / strip out of existing partition walls, ceilings, finishes, electrical and mechanical installations. Provision of external entrance to serve proposed service yard entrance to include associated external works to roads / pathways. Internal fit out to comprise the part design, supply and installation of new electrical and mechanical heating / cooling installations, supply and installation of partitions, ceilings, internal doors and associated finishes / decorations to suit proposed tenants revised layouts.
