Five Mile Lane Supplier Engagement Day

The Vale of Glamorgan Council wishes to develop the A4226 Five Mile Lane road improvement scheme. Subject to planning permission and the compulsory purchase of the land, we plan to build 4km of new road east of the existing A4226. It will start near the Amelia Trust Farm and re-join the A4226 near the River Weycock Bridge and the Welsh Hawking Centre with other on line improvements and associated works.Prior to inviting bids for undertaking these works, we are holding a Supplier Engagement Day for companies interested in bidding for these works. The event will be in:Barry Memorial Hall (the Memo)Gladstone RoadBarryCF62 8NAonTuesday 17th January 2017 at 10:00 a.m.Companies interested in attending should email their intention to procurement@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk .
