Flat Roof Replacement at Arpley Street Police Station

The flat roofs at Arpley Street Police Station have reached their end of life and require total removal of existing and replacement with a suitable flat roof system, including removal and elimination of redundant glazed rooflights, removal and replacement of lantern lights over leaded roof domes with UPVC conservatory style lanterns, all necessary access equipment and edge protection etc. Works should commence no later than Monday 10th June 2024 and be completed by Friday 19th July 2024. There will be a site visit opportunity on Monday 22nd April 2024. Details of the booking arrangements will be added to the ITT on a broadcast basis and MUST be prebooked. This is an online ITT and bidders will need to open and work through the questionnaire which is the ITT as well as access the files in the documents folder.
