Flexible Procurement Agreement (Contract) for The Provision of Specialist Supported Housing for People with Health and Care Needs

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council would like to invite housing providers to submit applications to join its new contract for the provision of Specialist Supported Housing for people with a wide range of health and care needs. There is no limit to the number of providers who may join this Agreement - all suitable providers will be admitted. The Agreement may re-open for new members in the future.Members of the Agreement may offer accommodation to individuals with a range of different needs who will become tenants of the provider's property. Members will also have the opportunity to apply for capital funding to support the development of this accommodation. Any tenancy agreements made through this Agreement will remain in force beyond the duration of the Agreement itself as the accommodation provided is intended, in most cases, to be a long-term home for each tenant.
