Requirement: Flexible 3-Year Early Talent (Graduate) Recruitment The Service Provider shall provide the Customer with a 3-years call-down basis for Early Talent (Graduate) Recruitment. The Customer cannot guarantee an intake each year and shall notify the Service Provider in advance. Candidate Management & Recruitment Project design and implementation, Technology build and use of Cohesion's proprietary applicant tracking system (ATS), Total candidate management throughout entire process Total candidate management throughout entire process including 'keep warm' phase over summer. Design, build and management of online registration, Provision of and screening of video interviews, Provision of online/psychometric testing and other assessment materials. Candidate briefing and confirmation for Assessment Centre Candidate Attraction, University Engagement and coordination of webinar Advertising with selection of job boards Proactive engagement with universities Coordination with MillionPlus for localized exposure Coordination of Ofwat Webinar (inviting candidates / promoting to Uni's etc) Support to target increasingly diverse cohorts that better reflect the communities Ofwat serves Virtual Assessment Centre License and Provision Provision of assessment centre facilitation (additional cost for administrative facilitator @ £300.00 ex VAT per day.). License fee Videoconferencing facility Pre-boarding Communication & Engagement Provision of dedicated resource with agreed points of contact Dedicated calls, emails, whatsapp and SMS messaging as appropriate Total care team managing all in comms & candidate engagement including 'keep warm' phase over summer.
