Ruins of Sibton Abbey, East Suffolk. Specialist contractors experienced in repairing flint and masonry ancient monuments are invited to express interest in repairs assisted by Historic England. Current project value £50,000 to £100,000 with two stage selection process. Possible additional phases of work up to £200,000 within a period of 5 years. Shortlist of 5 contractors will be selected based on; -Experience of conservation of ancient monuments -Technical capacity -H&S record -Training record. Please provide a statement to cover the selection criteria above and three examples of similar projects completed in the past 5 years, by 12/06/2020 to the In-tend Portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/intendsharedservices/ Tender selection and award criteria 65% quality 35% price. Current project for completion in 2020 for Sibton Abbey Estate.
