Flintshire County Council have appointed two contractors to complete the following works - external wall insulation, loft insulation and cavity wall insulation works to approximately 160 properties which includes a mix of privately owned dwellings, both owner occupied and privately rented and Council owned dwellings predominantly in defined areas of Holywell, Connah’s Quay and Garden City.Flintshire County Council will utilise a JCT Measured Term Contract 2011. The contract will be for a maximum period of six months as works must be completed by the end of February 2016.
