Floating Support Provider Engagement Event for the City and County of Swansea

The City and County of Swansea will be holding a provider engagement event on Tuesday, April 12th, 2016 at 10.00am in the Lord Mayors Reception Room, The Guildhall, Guildhall Road South, Swansea, SA1 4PE. The event will consider different models of floating support provision and how they contribute to the prevention of homelessness incorporating the following client groups;Generic Homelessness,Young People,Families,Older Persons,Substance Misuse,Refugees,Domestic abuse.At this event we will share current and future challenges facing the sector and evaluate how future models of provision can respond to new legislation and improve outcomes for people threatened with homelessness / homeless.
