Amber Valley Borough Council is seeking a secure web-based, modular software platform with consultancy support, to be able to provide live data and access to information for the purpose of managing our building assets (approximately 57 sites within the Borough) to help ensure compliancy across the following areas: Fire Risk Management --including FRAS, fire evacuation plans, training videos Asset management -fixed and mobile asset tagging Asbestos management Legionella -L8 RA through to logbook and remote monitoring DDA Management Building condition-including stock condition Audit Management -full ISO through to site specific compliance audits Incident reporting-simple data capture and logging & trend analysis We would require the package to be able to work from multiple devices e.g. desktop, Tablet & smartphone. The quote is inclusive of full use of software and consultancy support based on a annual subscription charge for a 12 month period.
