Please quote as specified to facilitate a like-for-like comparison.New Honey Room: 5.74m x 4.40m x 2.150m - 2.900m high (Dual Pitched Roof)Panels: 80mm Thick Walls & 100mm Thick Ceilings IPN Quadcore panels are made from a three part mix, one of which is a fire rated additive. Core to be CFC free, Zero ODP, rigid foam injected substance sandwiched between panel faces.PIR panels are FM Global & LPC Approved to LPS 1181 Issue 2 : March 1996.Panel Finish: All internal to be 0.55mm thick galvanised steel substrate with 120 micron thick laminate finish to all internal walls and ceiling panels and all exposed external wall and ceiling finishes to be 0.55mm thick galvanised steel substrate with external 120 micron white food safe laminate.Spread of Flame: Both foodsafe laminate and grey polyester have a Class 1 “Surface Spread of Flame” and “Fire Propagation” result, which comply with the requirements for a Class ‘0’ surface as defined in paragraph A8(b) of Approved Document B, “Fire” to the Building Regulations 1985.Wall to Wall & Ceiling to Wall: Wall to wall and wall to ceiling joints to have a 2 part aluminium backed coving with silicon to both edges.Floor to Wall: Floor to wall joints to have a 50mm x 80mm x 50mm white food safe laminated steel angle, mechanically fixed to the existing site floor & silicon pointed to all edges.External Corners: External vertical & horizontal corners both inside and outside the room to be finished in suitably sized pre-formed metal cappings to match panel finish.Double Personnel Door: 1 No. 44mm thick double personnel door, clear opening 1800mm wide x 2100mm high, 44mm core, food safe door blade supplied with vision panels, kickplates, door closers and shoot bolts for the static leaf.Additional Panel Works: To have the additonal "office" area paneled our using the same specification, 2 No. side walls and ceiling.Window: 1m x 1m high Dual glazed window installed into the Honey Room front wallNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=111859.
