Descriptions
Food Standards Scotland (FSS) require to place a contract with Civica Services Ltd to procure further IT services to develop its existing Operations Work-flow System (OWS) that has been developed and delivered by Civica Services Ltd. FSS has identified a number of modules to have developed within OWS which will enhance our capability to provide accurate and timely data to customers; detailed Management Information (MI); increased confidence in the data used to charge Food Business Operators (FBOs) for the delivery of Official Controls (OCs); and improve decision making on resource deployment.
