The University is looking for a partner to supply all food supplies to the University’s internal catering functions, (at least) 6 days a week throughout the year, initially on its’ two Exeter campuses. The contract will cover the following categories: · Chilled Dairy, Eggs & Processed Provisions · Grocery Ambient Dry Provisions · Chilled & Frozen Meat, Poultry, Game, Fish & Shellfish Provisions · Fresh, Ambient & Frozen Bakery Provisions · Fresh & Frozen Fruit and Vegetable Produce · Non-food Consumables and Chemicals Contract length - 3 years with the option to extend for an additional 2 x 12 month
