The contract covers all aspects of data collection, management, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, with the aim of improving the city's understanding of footfall trends and supporting strategic decision-making. The contract is for 3 years, to commence 1 April 2025 and expire 31 March 2028. There is an option to extend the contract by 2 x 12 months.
