One Leisure is seeking to award under this contract, a leisure business/CRM management system to provide a complex suite of functionality to be available for the duration of the contract across 5 sites, which includes but not limited to the following:Managing front of house services across multiple locations.Membership management.Activity bookings and waiting lists.Access control.Back-office functionality.Point of sale.Events management for Burgess Hall which is located at the St Ives Indoor Centre.Health & wellbeing activities (medical referrals).
