Management training services. CQC is seeking to design and implement a management and leadership development (MLD) programme, entitled ‘Managing and Leading the CQC Way’, which is focused on building the capability, competence and confidence of managers, in a sustainable way, so that they can operate in a stretching environment. Our Operating Model — entitled ‘the CQC way’ is a separate but linked project, which will define our way of operating, in a lean and productive way, focusing on ‘what’ we do and the processes we use. The Management and Leadership Development programme will therefore align to ‘the CQC way’ and ensure managers are equipped with the skills and capability to drive our Operating model forward, with a focus on ‘how’ we manage and lead.
