Bolsover District Council has secured European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funding towards new public realm and infrastructure for Bolsover town. The Council are working with Old Bolsover Town Council to deliver the project alongside stakeholders. The project commenced on 1st January 2014 and will end on 31st March 2015. Although the majority of funding will concentrate on capital town centre public realm improvements; to make the town more attractive to investors, residents and visitors; the project also seeks to deliver an events programme and a marketing and promotional campaign. The marquees will be used at outdoor key events in the town and will predominantly be used on hard standing ground.
