Aims and Objectives of the Project An objective, structured evaluation of the impact of recent Foresight projects conducted in a way that provides a template for evaluating futures work going forward. By the end of the supplier's work: 1. We have an objective evaluation of the impact of a set of past foresight projects and what actions and conditions led to this to learn from (list in scope below) 2. We have a framework through which to evaluate foresight work going forward, bringing greater consistency and efficiency to our evaluation in future 1. A clear framework for codifying the impact of foresight work, with accompanying explanation of why the supplier recommends this 2. A short guide to using this framework to evaluate - methods and approaches 3. A short report documenting the impact the listed Foresight project has had using the framework created
