Framework Agreement for Catering Services at Bradford Primary Schools

Providing healthy and good quality catering services at a group of Primary Schools who are looking to appoint a catering contractor to provide school meals from September 2018. The Framework Agreement is for an initial period of 3 years with 2 optional 1 year extensions. Framework Agreement for any School in the Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust or relevant third party to call upon the successful contractor to provide services for catering at their site, for the duration of the remaining agreement term. This does not prevent Schools within the trust tendering for their own services elsewhere.The bidding contractors must be able to show a proven track record of operating similar contracts within budget and guidelines for all initial schools and then must resubmit technical questions and complete financial schedules for any subsequent schools wishing to call upon the successful contractor to provide services. At such time the financial schedules will include; an agree tender GP% and agreed meal price as prevalent in your original tender response, plus an agree % management fee.You must be able to show an innovative approach to providing a school meal service in lines with healthy eating and sourcing fresh local produce.Note: The site visit will take place as follows;Academy at St James’ 11:30-12:30 pm,Thursday 24.5.2018East Morton C of E Primary School 11:30 am-12:30 pm Monday 21.5.2018Newby Primary School 11:30-12:30 pm Monday 21.5.2018Westminster Primary Academy 12-1pm Thursday 24.5.2018Note: Deadline for return of tender is midday 8.6.2018 using the corresponding form of acknowledgement. Presentations to the schools will be held on 20.6.2018.Please note that this tender falls under the regulations of the Light Touch Regime of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
