The requirement is for the provision of external advisers to fulfil the role of Review Team Leaders and Members for the Independent Assurance Review Programmes undertaken by the Framework Public Bodies.This procurement is being conducted by The Scottish Government on behalf of the devolved administrations of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and is intended to lead to a multi-supplier Framework Agreement, under which a Framework Public Body may make a call-off contract (either by direct award or further competition) for individual requirements for the services described.The Framework Agreement will be structured as three lots, one each covering Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish Participating Bodies.This opportunity is being tendered by the Scottish Government.
