Framework Agreement for Feasibility Consultants

Descriptions

Tenders are invited under EU Procurement Directives for a framework contract to deliver feasibility studies across Wales. Once awarded, the tenderers will make up a network of consultants who will be required to provide accurate and detailed feasibility studies for community-scale (i.e. larger than micro generation) renewable energy projects for community groups in Wales. All renewable technologies are eligible including wind, hydro and anaerobic digestion. There is no guarantee to work, and all studies will be assessed and monitored throughout to ensure value for money. Community groups do not have to use a consultant in our network, and have the freedom to work with whoever they want, on the basis that they can evidence value for money. Tenderers need to be able demonstrate an excellent understanding of Welsh renewable energy projects ion Wales. We need to know if any tenderer is limited to working in a certain area of Wales.
