Framework Agreement for Highway Road Lining 2025 - 2027 (2029)

The objective of this tender process is to establish a Framework Agreement to provide highway road lining works to Wigan Council. This framework agreement is to carry out road marking replacement and removal to the borough's highway network which have been identified from inspections and customer enquiries. In the main the works requested will be to replace markings along sections of carriageway that have been eroded away by road users. It is intended that the Framework Agreement will be for a maximum term of four years commencing 1st May 2025 consisting of a term of Two (2) years with the option to extend for Two (2) x Twelve (12) month periods subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor. It is intended to appoint a single supplier to this Framework Agreement. The closing date for final tender submissions is Friday 24th January 2025 at 17:00.
