Framework Agreement for Highways Construction Work

Powys County Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Civil Engineering Contractors wishing to be included on the list of tenderers for a framework agreement for the provision of general highway works to include maintenance and new build, carriageway resurfacing and reconstruction works. Contractors must be Constructionline registered (in relevant categories of work) and CHAS compliant (or equivalent).The framework agreement with several companies will be for an initial period of three years with the option to extend for a further twelve months.
