Descriptions
KMBC is looking to set up a Framework agreement for consultants to assist in the ERDF funded Business Growth Programme. It is anticipated that the programme will benefit around 160 of the SME businesses based in Knowsley. The Framework for consultancy support for the programme is in 11 specialist areas. Consultants can bid for work in one or more specialist areas (lots on this Framework). The lots will be broken down in the following areas of support; •Lot 1 - Marketing and Sales Consultancy •Lot 2 - Tendering and Bid Writing Consultancy •Lot 3 - E-Commerce/Website Consultancy •Lot 4 - Accounting Consultancy •Lot 5 - Quality Assurance Systems Consultancy •Lot 6 - IT Projects Consultancy •Lot 7 - Management Consultancy •Lot 8 - HR Consultancy •Lot 9 - Health and Safety Consultancy •Lot 10 - Digital & Social Media Marketing Support •Lot 11 - Mobile/Digital Applications Consultancy It is expected that around 160 businesses in Knowsley may require some specialist support but the actual demand for each specialist area of the programme is not yet known. Therefore, due to the undeterminable level and nature of specialist support called for there can be no guarantee of any work under this framework, even for successfully appointed consultants. Please note that this opportunity is subject to ERDF funding approval The framework agreement will be for up to 3 years. KMBC may extend the Contract following the Contract Period for further periods of time up to a maximum of 12 months in aggregate.
