The authority wishes to award a framework agreement for the provision of employee benefits including recognition and discounts with salary sacrifice schemes (Everybody Benefits). The contract shall commence 1 December 2020 and shall be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further period of up to 12 months. The potential maximum value permitted via this framework is GBP 50 000 000, this is to account for use by the authority and other customers. The authority intends to appoint a maximum of 1 (one) supplier per lot.
