Supported Housing is focussed in the support that enables individuals to maintain their own tenancy, promote independent living and move on: usually people who live in supported housing have their support needs met by ‘housing related support’.Supported Living is more likely to be longer term help and support to enable a person to live as independently as possible.The Framework will be split into following lots as follows:Lot 1: Homelessness services;Lot 2: Multiple needs;Lot 3: Young people at risk;Lot 4: Learning disabilities;Lot 4a: Learning disabilities complex needs;Lot 5: Mental health;Lot 5a: Mental health complex needs;Lot 6: Physical and sensory needs.The framework will run from 10.6.2015 for an initial 3 (three) years with an the sole discretion of the Council, to extend for a further 1 year, subject to satisfactory contract performance and the Council having the need for a provider framework and the funding available for the framework. All values and figures quoted.
