Skills Development Scotland are conducting this tender process to establish a multi lot framework agreement for the provision of a range of web development services. The framework will be split into three (3) separate lots as follows: Lot 1: Digital Experience Design; Lot 2:Development — Front End and Back end Umbraco; Lot 3: Development — Front End and Back end Drupal. Suppliers may bid for appointment to 1 or more lots. The maximum value of call-off contracts placed under the framework agreement over the maximum 4-year term is GBP 3 725 000.
