The University of Lincoln, as the Contracting Authority, is putting in place a Collaborative Framework Agreementfor use by UK public sector bodies identified under https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations (and any futuresuccessors to these organisations) and all other organisations listed in Schedule 1 to the Public ContractsRegulations 2006 (as amended) under delegated authority to British Independent Utilities (BIU).The University of Lincoln, as the Contracting Authority, is putting in place a Collaborative Framework Agreementfor use by UK public sector bodies identified under https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations (and any futuresuccessors to these organisations) and all other organisations listed in Schedule 1 to the Public ContractsRegulations 2006 (as amended) under delegated authority to British Independent Utilities (BIU).This framework is for the procurement of Non Half Hourly (NHH) power allowing for flexible and electronic billingsystems; customer meter reading, billing, administration and query management, including full supply pointregistration andadministration, objection handling and ongoing maintenance of customer contracts; transparent balancing andsettlement charges; Estimated Annual Consumption (EAC) review and the accurate application of industryregulated charges.Under delegated authority from The University of Lincoln, BIU will operate a fixed term purchasing strategy up to48 months ahead during the term of the Framework.
