The Tender is to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Procedure packs used in major surgery and minor surgery within both the acute and community sectors. It is envisaged that this tender will consist of the following twelve lots:Lot 1 General Surgery and Vascular SurgeryLot 2 OrthopaedicsLot 3 Gynaecology and ObstetricsLot 4 UrologyLot 5 ENT, Plastic and Dental SurgeryLot 6 Cardio-thoracicLot 7 Cath Lab and RadiologyLot 8 NeurosurgeryLot 9 OphthalmologyLot 10 Speciality PacksLot 11 Primary Care PacksLot 12 Mini-competition LotThe number of suppliers per lot will not be limited. The duration of the Agreement will be 4 years maximum with the successful Tenderer; being an initial 2 years period and the option to extend by 2 period of 12 months each, after the initial period
