Framework for Adult Mental Health and Adult Learning Disability Hospitals

On 1 April 2014 the Contracting Authority established a 16 lot framework (Framework) for NHS Wales Health Boards re: provision ofmental health and learning disabilities services. The tender process establishing the Framework provides for periodic 'refreshes'. TheContracting Authority is now refreshing the Framework to:1. invite potential providers to tender for appointment onto the Framework; and2. allow existing Framework providers to vary their service offering by revising their prices / adding new units.The Framework duration is 1 year from 1 April 2019.Current Framework providers are not required to respond to this notice.A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) provides more detail.
