Northumberland County Council are seeking tenders from organisations through an Open procurement process under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. This framework will provide care and support services for Adults aged 16+ with a learning disability, mental health condition, and/or autism; Individual disabled children, young people and their families through a variety of targeted and specialist short break respite opportunities delivered within the home or community.This Framework with be organised into 4 lots, as follows:Lot 1: Young people aged 16+ and adults with low level support needs.Lot 2: Young people aged 16+ and adults with medium level support needs.Lot 3: Young people aged 16+ and adults with high level support needs.Lot 4: Children and Young People personal support service.
