Gloucestershire County Council is seeking tenders from bidders who wish to be part of its Framework to deliver Building Maintenance and Specialist Repair associated with the undertaking of Maintenance and Repair work Programmes for a period of 3 years plus 1 year period (3 + 1). Gloucestershire County Councils Asset Management and Property Services Department is responsible for the delivery of Capital Maintenance Works projects with a typical annual spend of 2 500 000 GBP to 3 500 000 GBP in recent years, however this is likely to reduce in future years. The Framework Agreement will generally apply to projects ranging from nominal value to 15 000 GBP although some projects may exceed this value.There are 10 Lots.
