Investment programme framework 2015-19 to upgrade existing housing stock to meet Scottish Housing Quality Standard and Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing.Works are divided into 4 geographical areas:(1) Cowal and Bute;(2) Helensburgh and Lomond;(3) Lorn and Isles;(4) Mid-Argyll and Kintyre;Within each area the work is divided into the following lots:— Joinery and Plumbing — Replacement windows, doors, kitchens with partial rewire, bathrooms and adapted bathrooms;— Heating and Electrical — Rewiring, heating including gas, electric, solid fuel enclosed appliances and flues, basic renewables;— Energy Insulation — internal wall insulation, loft insulation, floor insulation, room in roof insulation, cavity wall insulation including extraction if required.
