The Framework agreement covers the day-to-day maintenance, minor refurbishment, and plant and equipment servicing work to some 700 properties of various kinds including System Built Buildings (but excluding Council Housing) together with occasional maintenance of Street Furniture.The Framework agreement will be in the form of the following 9 (nine) Lots:1. Roofing;2. Mechanical;3. Flooring;4. Metalwork;5. Painting and Decorating;6. Glazing;7. Lifts;8. Kitchen Maintenance;9. Playground Equipment.Please note only Lot 2, Mechanical progressed to invitation to tender stage, due to the lack of Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) responses for the Lots listed below, Derby City Council had no alternative but to abandon these from the procurement process;1. Roofing;3. Flooring;4. Metalwork;5. Painting and Decorating;6. Glazing;8. Kitchens;9. Playground Equipment.
