We would like to inform you that Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) are procuring a new Framework for Planned Building Maintenance and Works. This will contain two Lots with two Sub Lots Lot 1a will be for Planned Building Maintenance up to the value of £1m per project and Lot 1b will be for Planned Building Maintenance between £1m and current PCR 2015 Works threshold, per project Lot 2a will be for Works up to the value of £1m per project and Lot 2b will be for Works between £1m and the current PCR 2015 Works threshold, per project We are approaching the market to identify suppliers that would be interested in tendering for the work packages across both Lots/Sub Lots and seeking feedback which will be considered within the procurement activity The combined total of all Planned Building Maintenance and Works are anticipated to have a total value of approximately £110 million over the framework term The successful contractors will be appointed to a framework and each work package will be subject to a further competition under the terms of the framework We would welcome your feedback, and we will keep you informed of the procurement process as it progresses Please provide your feedback responses thought the Council's procurement portal (Intend) using the attached Word document WH4062 - Prior Market Engagement Questionnaire Kind regards Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council
