Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd Cyfyngedig (CCG) is a registered provider of social housing which came into being in April 2010 following transfer of Gwynedd Council’s housing stock of 6,300 properties located throughout the whole of Gwynedd.CCG intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with the successful Tenderers for planned heating investment works.The work will entail the replacement and/or installation of partial or full heating systems in tenanted properties through ought the county of Gwynedd.CCG will be utilising the NHF Schedule of rates Version 6.2 for delivery of each task under the framework agreement.A priority for CCG is to establish effective working relationships with organisations that will work on a pro-active and collaborative basis with CCG in order to maximise the efficient delivery of the Investment Programme with minimal disruption to tenants, owner/occupiers occupying the properties that comprise CCG's portfolio of housing stock.It is expected that appointment to the framework will be in September of 2015 for a duration four years, the estimated value of the framework is between £2m and £6m. The first package of works to be delivered via the framework will be commencing in the latter part of 2015.Packages awarded via the framework will be geographically widespread over the county of Gwynedd, each package will be an estimated value of between £250,000 to £500,000.
