The domestic property portfolio of the Council comprises a mixture of social housing (approximately 13,785 properties in number) and other properties.The Council has 25 properties containing passenger lifts (made up of high rise and sheltered properties).Scope•Planned Lift Maintenance•Responsive Lift RepairsStructureThe Council has concluded that its requirements are best achieved by procuring a Framework Agreement with a single Contractor delivering all elements (repair and maintenance). This provides continuity of responsibility including repair and maintenance.
