Solar panel roof-covering work. Framework for the Final Survey, Design, Supply, Install and Connect Solar PV (up to 150kWp) to Oldham Council and all AGMA and Associate Member Authorities. Oldham Council is establishing a framework for medium sized solar photovoltaic installations of up to 150kWp. The purpose of this framework is to initially provide contractors who can install roof mounted solar PV on Oldham Council assets. The framework will also be made available for use by the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities (AGMA). The following local authorities are included in AGMA: Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Tameside, Trafford, Salford, Stockport, Wigan. The following Authorities are Associate Members of AGMA, therefore will have direct access to this framework: Blackburn with Darwen, Blackpool, Cheshire East Warrington, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Authority Transport for Greater Manchester Greater Manchester Police Authority Greater Manchester Waste Disposal Authority. The framework will also be made available to housing companies / associations that work in partnership with the local authorities of AGMA, for example First Choice Homes Oldham.
