The City and County of Swansea (the “Council”) invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to tender for a framework arrangement in conjunction with the Welsh Purchasing Consortium (WPC) for Asbestos Surveying/Inspection Services, Testing/Analytical Services, Supervision of Remova Servicesl and Removal of Asbestos Works. The Tenderers should be aware that the Employer of the Framework Agreement may require the Framework Consultant to enter into specific social benefit clauses, which may include targeted recruitment and training as set out in the Invitation to Tender Documents.
