The notice is being issued by Tai Ceredigion Cyf, a Housing Association based in Ceredigion. Tai Ceredigion is responsible for housing stock consisting of some 2229 properties spread across Ceredigion. It is a predominantly rural area with the three largest concentrations of properties in Aberystwyth, Cardigan and Lampeter. The properties are all low-rise and mainly of traditional construction with a mixture of general needs and 800 sheltered units. The largest estate is only 70 properties and many of the properties are located in small clusters in rural communities. Applications are invited from experienced service providers who have a proven track record of providing high quality windows, doors and associated builders works in occupied properties using a customer focused approach particularly in the social housing setcor. All contract performance will be monitored using a comprehensive set of performance indicators. The successful service providers will be expected to actively engage with the housing service in the establishment and reporting of performance and customer satisfaction measures and to take ownership in the achievement of performance targets.
