Arbed 3 is a Welsh energy efficiency scheme funded by the Welsh Government which aims to help reduce fuel poverty and improve the energy efficiency of homes in Wales.Arbed am Byth, a new joint venture between Energy Saving Trust and Everwarm, has been appointed by the Welsh Government to manage this scheme on its behalf and will develop and deliver area-based energy efficiency projects across Wales.The programme has an estimated value of GBP55m across the next three years, with potential extensions of two one-year periods.This PIN is to advise that Arbed am Byth will be carrying out a tender exercise to establish a framework of local contractors across Wales to support the delivery of the scheme.Arbed am Byth is seeking expressions of interest from contractors with the capability to:- Carry our Surveys/ Whole House Assessments of properties selected to receive installation of energy efficiency measures in any or all parts of Wales.We would particularly like to hear from Wales-based SMEs with an interest in participating in this framework.
