To meet this requirement, the University wishes to engage with external IT Consultancies to provide expertise, development effort and advice in the following area:i) Application development and supportThis will involve the establishment of a Framework of up to 4 suppliers, on an initial 24 month appointment, with options to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.
