Frameworks for Consultancy Services in connection with Minor Works Schemes with a value up to GBP 1

Descriptions

The various Health & Social Care Trusts wish to establish multi-provider Framework Agreements with selected Teams to deliver consultancy services in connection with 1 or more minor works schemes. The Framework Agreements will be placed for a period of 4 years duration subject to the satisfactory performance of the successful multi-disciplinary design teams and at the absolute discretion of the Client. For the purposes of the Framework Agreements minor works schemes are defined as any scheme with a works cost of between GBP 30 000 and GBP 1 000 000. Minor works schemes comprise new buildings, extensions to existing buildings, conversion/refurbishment of existing buildings, upgrade and replacement of building services, plant and equipment, feasibility and condition surveys, works to ensure compliance with various legislative requirements, eg legionella, fire safety, DDA, asbestos regulations, mechanical and electrical engineering works and enabling works in advance of major capital works schemes.
