Frameworks for Consultancy Services in connection with Minor Works Schemes with a value up to GBP 1

Descriptions

The various Health and Social Care Trusts and Northern Ireland Ambulance Service wish to establish multi-provider Framework Agreements with selected Economic Operators to deliver consultancy services in connection with 1 or more schemes. The Framework Agreements will be placed for a period of 4 years duration subject to satisfactory performance of the successful Economic Operators and at the absolute discretion of the relevant Contracting Authority. For the purpose of the Framework Agreements minor works schemes are defined as any scheme with a work cost of between GBP 1 and GBP 1 000 000. Minor works schemes comprise new buildings, extensions to existing buildings, conversions/refurbishment of existing buildings, upgrade and replacement of building services, plant and equipment, feasibility and conditions surveys, works to ensure compliance with various legislative requirements, e.g. legionella, fire safety, DDA, asbestos regulations, mechanical and electrical engineering works and enabling works in advance of major capital works schemes.
