The purpose of this contract is for the supply and distribution of Fresh Fish and Seafood, to members and clients of TUCO (Universities, Colleges and the wider Public Sector).The scope of products to be covered in the framework are as follows but not limited to:•Fresh Fish (Salmon and Trout, Round, flat, game, exotic etc.) - supplied whole, filleted, to specification etc.•Shellfish (crab, mussels, oysters, scallops)•Cephalopods (squid, cuttlefish)•Selection of frozen fish to include MSC and ASC approved products•Smoked and processed fish/fish products•Selection of chilled deli products The tender will be lotted geographically (13 Lots) and TUCO Ltd are seeking suppliers who can supply these products which should be cost effective and efficient to the Universities, Colleges, and the wider Public Sector in a sustainable manner.
