Financial Planning and Forecasting Software Tool (Tool) to improve the integrity of the FSCS finance processes, data and reporting. The Tool is to be a predictive MI tool with a specific focus on:— Annual budgets;— Quarterly budget forecasts;— Annual and interim levy calculations;— Regular treasury and cash flow projections;— Provision of a robust audit trail for the various financial planning and forecasting processes;— Improvement of the production of the FSCS's budget, forecasting, and levy calculations through reduction of the possibility of errors in improvement of processing;— Introduction of a level of automation to improve the efficiency of processes and speed up the creation, modelling and distribution of process outputs;— Provision of a user-friendly interface to enable non-Finance users to contribute and support the overall process workflow;— 3 year planning.
