The Authority is seeking to appoint a single Contractor for a complete fuel management system including the following: - Removal, installation and disposal services - Equipment / Hardware supply - Software provision - Maintenance / Customer Support - Reporting - Call outs / repairs The Authority proposes to enter into into the Contract for a period of 4 years with the Potential Supplier. The Authority has made provision for the option to extend the Contract beyond its initial term for a further period or periods not exceeding 15 years in total. Any awarded extensions will be made in 12-month intervals.
